New finding aids for two collections posted

Over the past several months, the IHRC Archives has benefited from valuable assistance by a long-time friend and supporter of the Belarusian American collection - Ihar Labacevich who processed and created finding aids for the Papers of Vasil Puntus, and for the Vaclau Panucevich Papers.

Ihar has in the past worked at the IHRC with the Ukrainian American print holdings as Project Cataloger contributing his relevant language skills. His proficiency in the Belarusian language was essential also in the processing of the Vitaut Kipel Papers in 2010. And when Ihar returned to the IHRC Archives as an intern (St. Kate's University's Library and Information Science graduate program) last spring, his work helped expand substantially the descriptive information now available to researchers for the Archives' Belarusian American archival holdings. A big thank you to Ihar for his work!
