Context for letter Jan. 19, 1929

In this letter we learn about some family conflict through unnecessary gossip. The writer talks about his health and I not clear about the changes had occurred in his brother's life. We learn that the writer received various farm seeds from his brother for planting to improve his crops. Some of the seeds planted yielded a good crop while others didn't yield anything because they weren't adaptable to the soil. We also learn of the writer's efforts to improve his farm by constructing a building and not completing it because for lack of money. The writer asks his brother to write and not to be mad at him.
