Collection donated to the IHRC in 1995 by the International Institute of Toledo, Ohio.
The International Institute of Toledo was established by the Toledo Young Women’s Christian Association in 1919. The Institute emerged from the YWCA during the period 1937-1944. The institute is still active today and is an American Council for Nationalities Service member agency.
