Abstract: The OSIA Delaware Grand Lodge collection consist of Rose Parade float booklets (1977) and a ritual book from the National office; scholarship ball booklet (1985), membership application, and Grand Lodge incorporation papers (photocopy, 1925) from the Delaware Grand Lodge; a History of the Italians in Newcastle, and correspondence (1984) from the Delaware St. Gabriel lodge; and correspondence (1972-1976) from the Delaware Prince ofPiedmont lodge. Also included is a photograph of the Delaware Stella d'Italian No. 1273 lodge (1949), as well as a publication titled "Pockets of Settlement: The Italian-American experience in Delaware" (n.d.).

The Order Sons of Italy in America, Delaware Grand Lodge, was the eleventh state lodge chartered by OSIA. Since 1916, at least twenty local lodges have been organized in Delaware.
